In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible, within 14 days of order receival, at shopthatfashionchick@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Damaged items have the potential to receive store credit or a replacement product of equal value.

As product volume grows, including potential merchandising affiliates, Shop TFC will update its return policy. Currently all items are handcrafted, in which allowing customers to make a clear purchase decision. Damaged items without wear and tear, due to possible shipping mishaps are feasible for return, product replacement or store credit. We apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences.

Below are exceptions:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

To initiate an approved return, please complete the following:

1. Send email to shopthatfashionchick@gmail.com providing contact information

   1. Customer Name

   2. Order Number

   3. Photo of Item(s)

2. Allow up to 48hr for return approval.

3. Once approval is confirmed, print prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.

4. Send item(s) back to us using the label provided.

• How long does it take to receive a refund, replacement product, or store credit?

 

Again, refunds, replacement product or store credit are decided upon a case-by-case basis. We strive to resolve all situations amicably. Please allow 3-5 days for complete resolution, including all the above. Currency merchants play a part on timing as well and will be addressed via email.

 

• Who pays the return shipping fees?

 

Shipping will equal initial fees, making return shipping “free”. Special cases will be addressed via email.
