Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer $5.95 flat rate shipping in the U.S.A. Free shipping for orders over $35. USPS P.O Box delivery is available, along with tracking.   Currently, Shop TFC’s primary carrier is the United States Postal Service.

 

International orders are handled via email. Send a request with product(s) SKU# and the order/shipping process will begin. Thank YOU!

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from Shop TFC including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shopthatfashionchick@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Reasons for potential delays:

​

  • high volume of orders

  • postal service problems that are outside of Shop TFC’s control

 

In any case of a delay, you will receive an email indicating the details.

Local pick-up is available in Eatonton, GA 31024. Confirmation for this service will be handled via Text and Email. A $2 fee (via Cash App or PayPal) is required before pick-up once date and time is established.

Returns

At this time, at Shop TFC all sales are final.

​

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopthatfashionchick@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Damaged items have the potential to receive store credit or a replacement product of equal value.
